摘  要:论述了地下厂房大型水电站中500 kV矿物油主变压器运行的安全性,从防火、环保和安全角度论述了主变压器发生电气短路故障和由此引起的矿物油燃烧、爆炸以及有毒气体的释放等对人身安全的严重危害。提出采用防火和环保性能更佳的合成酯绝缘液作为矿物油的替代品,大大降低事故的危害性,随着地下厂房大型水电机组和采用矿物油的500 kV主变压器相继投入运行,引发矿物油燃烧和爆炸事故的几率将大大增加,前瞻性地提出了合成酯绝缘液代替传统矿物油后的防火性、烟气性能、耐湿性等方面的改善,从而降低变压器事故危害。The operational safety was studied for 500 kV mineral oil immersed power transformer installed at underground large hydropower station, and seriously jeopardizing the personal safety was discussed from the views of fire precaution, environmental protection and safety when the main transformer occurs an electrical short-cireuit fault and caused subsequent mineral oil combustion, explosion and toxic gas release. It is proposed to use synthetic ester insulating fluid with fire safe, more superior environmental performance as a substitute for mineral oil, which will greatly reduce the danger in case of an accident. In view of the next few years, there will be hundreds of main 500 kV power transformers installed at large-scale underground hydropower plants use of mineral oil put into operation, which will largely increase the risk of fire explosion and cause serious accidents. For the case of forward-looking about the safe operation of underground transformer, this has now become an urgent and practical issues for discussion.
