摘  要:我国燃煤电厂安装了大量的脱硝、脱硫、除尘等环保设备,但环保设备的投入相应增加了运行能耗和投资。一些电厂为了最大限度地降低环保设备的运行费用和投资,对环保装置的工艺进行优化设计,并且应用一些新技术以达到节能目的,如:脱硝装置采用的SCR、SNCR、SNCR+SCR工艺,脱硫装置采用的脱硫无GGH、无旁路烟道、增压风机与引风机合并、烟塔合一技术,以及电袋复合式除尘器等。但这些技术的应用也给电厂运行带来一些问题,针对这些问题进行深入分析探讨,查找原因并提出解决方法,降低系统运行存在的安全隐患,确保机组长期稳定运行。A large number of desulfhrization, denitration, and dust precipitation equipments were installed in the coal-fired power plants in our country. However, the investment in environmental protection equipment correspondingly increases energy consumption and investment. In order to minimize the operation cost and investment of environmental p^otection equipment to the greatest extent, the environmental protection equipments were optimized in design. In addition, some new technologies were used to help to save energy. However, in operation, some other problems appear correspondingly. Some negative problems in operation caused by applying SCR, SNCR, SNCR+SCR in denitration equipment, applying non-GGH in desulfurization equipment, non-bypass flue, combination of boosting fan and induced fan, natural draft cooling towers with flue gas injection, and unified electric-bag composite dust-collector were analyzed. Aiming at these problems, the in-depth analysis and discussion were necessary to find the solution and reduce potential security risks in operation. It helps in designing environmental protection equipment in the future and ensures the long-term stable operation of units.
