摘 要:作为应对能源和气候危机的重要措施,风电在全世界范围内得到快速发展。介绍我国可再生能源法颁布和实施后,风电超常规发展的势态,总结我国风电发展在地域分布、电厂规模、接入电网电压等级以及风电机组性能等方面的特点。分析风电对电网调峰、调频、电压控制、安全稳定运行和调度运行管理方面的影响。在此基础上剖析我国风电并网中存在的问题及其原因,从风电与电网和电源的协调发展、相关政策和标准体系建设、风电机组性能的提升以及加强风电运行管理等方面,对我国风电的发展提出改进措施和建议,对今后我国风电发展具有一定的指导意义。As one of the important measures to cope with the crises of energy and climate, wind power develops rapidly in the world. With the implement of renewable energy law, wind power industry is rapidly growing in China. The rapid development of integrating wind power has brought a lot of influences on the power system security and the dispatching and management. The characteristics of the wind power development distribution in the region, wind power farm scale and integrated voltage grade were summarized. The problems and their causes in the wind power integration and operation were analyzed. Some measures and suggestions were put forward to the government and enterprises, which will be of guiding references for the wind power integrating and operating.
