摘 要:为深入单周期脉冲技术的研究介绍了采用短路-锐化组合开关产生双极脉冲的高功率超宽带双极脉冲产生技术,双极脉冲形成线产生的双极脉冲电压峰-峰理想值等于入射脉冲峰值电压的2倍。在讨论了双开关形成双极脉冲的原理后通过数值模拟分析了影响双极脉冲形成的一些主要因素;介绍了进行研究的实验装置以及双极脉冲形成线的结构;分析了短路开关、锐化开关以及形成线的长度对形成的双极脉冲的影响。得到的比较理想的实验结果为:当输入的单极脉冲的电压值为855.5kV时,双极脉冲负峰电压为841.0kV,正峰电压为585.8kV,公共沿为740ps,双极脉冲峰-峰值电压是入射脉冲峰值电压的1.67倍。A type of chopping-peaking switch with high power bipolar pulse forming lines was presented,and its operating principles were studied.In ideal condition,the output bipolar high voltage pulses with the peak-peak voltage between the peaks of unlike polarity is twice the voltage of the injecting pulse.Moreover,the work principle of the bipolar pulse forming line was calculated,the corresponding high power bipolar pulse forming lines were designed,and high voltage experiments about high power bipolar pulse forming lines were carried out on ultra-wideband source.The effect of chopping switch,peaking switch and length of the bipolar pulse forming line on the result of output bipolar pulse was also analyzed.The bipolar pulse forming line can output the bipolar pulse with voltage-841.0kV,+585.8kV and 740ps interval of two peaks,at the time of the input pulse with 855.5kV peak voltage.The peak-peak voltage of the bipolar pulses is 1.67times the voltage of the input pulse.
