大学生权威顺从感的测量及其与心理社会适应的关系

摘　　要：目的:编制大学生对权威的顺从感问卷,探究权威顺从感的概念结构,探索权威顺从感与心理社会适应的关系。方法:在文献综述基础上,通过探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析对563名大学生权威顺从感的内部结构进行探讨,使用SCL-90等量表研究权威顺从感和心理社会适应的关系。结果:大学生对权威的顺从感由三因子组成,累积方差贡献率为45.0%,分别命名为消极顺从感、法理顺从感和积极顺从感,因子负荷介于0.43-0.81之间。验证性因素分析得到GFI为0.91,AGFI为0.88,CFI为0.87,RMSEA为0.062。内部一致性信度为分别为0.76、0.77和0.64,重测信度为0.76、0.68和0.79。法理顺从感与SCL-90等各项指标的相关介于-0.20～-0.32。结论:所编制的权威顺从感问卷具有较好的心理测量学特性,有临床实用价值。Objective： To develop a questionnaire to measure the compliance of authority and to study its structure and relationship with psychosocial adjustment.Methods： Based on literatures,the study conducted pre-test and test for accessing the construct validity of the scale by exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis in 563 Chinese university students.Results： There were three components that could explain 44.97% of the total variance with loading between 0.43 and 0.81 in the questionnaire.They were named negative compliance,law compliance and positive compliance.The questionnaire had GFI 0.91,AGFI 0.88,CFI 0.87,and RMSEA 0.062 by CFA.The Cronbach’s α coefficient were 0.76,0.77 and 0.64,the test-retest reliability were 0.76,0.68 and 0.79.The correlation of law compliance and SCL-90 were between-0.20 and-0.32.Conclusion： The questionnaire of compliance of authority in Chinese university students has satisfactory psychometric characteristics.It is suitable for clinical usage.
