沙盘作为媒介的感受分析治疗:以权威畏惧感的心理干预为例

摘　　要：目的:介绍笔者在针对完美主义者的权威畏惧感的心理干预过程中形成的一套感受分析治疗模式。方法:采用典型案例,对感受分析治疗的操作过程进行展示、对其治疗机理进行分析和讨论。结果:感受分析治疗包含感受激活、内感体察、感受的深度分析等方法。可以用沙盘作为感受的激活、体察与分析的媒介。结论:感受分析能够运用于对完美主义者的心理咨询与治疗中。但应注意的是,此方法不适用于具有疑病和癔病倾向的来访者。Objective： To present the Analysis of Feelings, a therapeutic procedure designed by the author in practice of treatment of perfectionists for their fear of authority. Methods： Using a typical case, the author presented the operative procedure of Analysis of Feelings, and discussed the therapeutic mechanism of this method. Results： Analysis of Feelings consisted of three techniques： feeling activation, interoceptive experience, and deeper analysis of feelings. Sandplay could be used as the intermedium for activation, experience, and analysis of the feelings. Conclusion： Analysis of Feelings is proper to be used in counseling and psychotherapy for perfectionists. However, this method is not suitable for visitors with hypochondriac or hysterical disposition.
