五花饮加减治疗阴虚血热型糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎66例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察五花饮治疗阴虚血热型糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效。方法:将132例糖皮质激素激素依赖性皮炎患者随机分为2组。对照组66例采用抗组胺药左西替利嗪片加局部外用糖皮质激素制剂(0.1%地奈德乳膏)替代疗法。治疗组66例在对照组治疗基础上加中药五花饮(金银花、凌霄花、槐花、玫瑰花、七叶一枝花各15g)治疗。2组均治疗20天为1疗程,2疗程后观察疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为92.4%,对照组为81.8%,2组比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01),治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论:五花饮治疗阴虚血热型糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎疗效显著。Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of Wuhua Decoction（WD） for glucocorticoid-dependent dermatitidis patients with yin deficiency and blood heat.Methods：One hundred and thirty-two qualified patients were equally random-ized into the control group and the treatment group.The two groups were given oral use of levocatirizine and external application of 0.1% desonide cream,and the treat-ment group was given WD（Flos Lonicerae,Flos Campsis,Flos Sophorae,Flos Rosae Rugosae and Rhizoma Paridis,15g respectively） additionally.Twenty days constituted one treatment course,and the therapeutic effect was evaluated after two courses.Re-sults：The total effective rate was 92.4% in the treatment group and 81.8% in the control group,the difference being significant（P 0.01）.Conclusion：WD has certain effect for glucocorticoid-dependent dermatitidis patients with yin deficiency and blood heat.
