线性规划方法在某石化企业开工选油中的应用

摘  要:利用专业化的建模软件搭建反映某石化企业全厂生产流程的线性规划模型,在模型中设定必要的约束条件,然后进行原油选购的测算分析,为该石化企业制定开工选油方案提供参考决策。研究基于线性规划的方法,使用线性规划软件搭建好模型,对3种不同的选油方案进行比较,分析装置负荷情况、装置进料物性情况、各方案的产品分布情况以及经济效益情况。经过比较,方案1的净利润值为502万元,比其他2个方案更好,企业可以按照此方案采购原油,制定开工方案。通过研究可得,与传统方法相比,线性规划的方法更加方便快捷,可以灵活的对各个不同方案进行对比分析,为开工方案的制定提供决策参考,并可以为企业带来最大化的经济效益。The article is focused on building the customized linear programming model which can represent the petrochemical plant's process flow by using special modeling software.In the model,firstly set the necessary constrains,and then estimate and analysis the choosing of crude oil based on the refinery configuration,this can provide decision support for the refinery manager to set down the starting operation schemes.Based on the linear programming methods,three different crude oil processed schemes are compared by using specific model which was set up by linear programming software.By using the model,we can analysis and compare the units capacity,the feedstock properties,the different product distributions and profits. In conclusion,we determine the first scheme is the best one,its profit value is 5.02 million RMB Yuan.So we recommend the refinery can purchase the crude oil and develop the start-up program in accordance with this scheme.Compared with the traditional method,linear programming method can compare and analysis different oil easily and flexibly.The results also can provide some basic reference for the decision making at the refinery start-up period and bring the maximum economic benefits for the refinery.
