摘　　要：持续关注天保工程历程,通过对天保工程实质进行探究,表明：需要重新审视天保工程的巨额投入,天保工程是思想意识的创新,天保工程是借助森林资源来探索新型工业文明道路,天保工程使国有林经营的制度结构发生变迁。天保工程需要在具体践行的方式上进行创新：抓住历史性的机遇,更好地发展林业;转变原有的思维模式;探索管理模式;应用生物技术,发展创新型的经济;发展低碳经济,使生态产品向金融产品转化等。The paper pays attention to the process of Logging Ban sustainably.Studyed the essence of Logging Ban.The results as follows.Firstly,need to look on government input on Logging Ban renewedly.Secondly,Log-ging Ban is the Innovation on thought consciousness.Thirdly,Logging Ban is exploring the new industry civilization road with forest resources.Fourthly,Logging Ban makes institution construction of operation of stateowned forest change.Need to innovate the way of specific trampling the conduct when we implement Logging Ban.Grasp the historical opportunity and make the forest better.Change the original thinking mode and explore the pattern of management.Need to apply for biological technology and develop the economy of innovation.Had better develop the economy of low-carbon and convert the ecological product into financial product.
