摘　　要：通过对俄罗斯人工林管理的法律、法规与政策进行分析,深入解读俄罗斯人工林管理制度的内涵,及其在相关经济政策及环境保护方面的具体措施,总结其先进经验及不足之处,对完善我国的人工林政策具有积极的意义。Through analysis of the Russian law on planted forest management, regulation and the policy, the paper points out the meaning of Russia planted forest management, and specific measures of the related economic policy and the environmental protection aspect. It summarizes advanced experience and the deficiency of the Russian Federation. This has the positive significance to China＇s planted forest policy.
