摘  要:炸药件表面形貌是影响其表面性能的重要因素。采用切削加工和显微成像方法,对奥克托今为基的某高聚物粘结炸药的切削表面形貌进行了细观观察和理论分析。结果表明:刀尖划过区域的材料破坏方式主要表现为粘结剂破坏和界面脱粘,并且受到粘结剂流动填充的影响,因而该区域形貌比较平整;刀尖未划过区域的材料断裂方式主要以孪晶分离和穿晶断裂为主,其形貌较为参差不平。Micro-appearance of explosive component affects its surface performance greatly.The micro-scanning experiments and theoretical analysis of a HMX-based PBX(polymer bounded explosive) cutting surface were made using the explosive cutting and micro-imaging methods.Results show that,in the tool radius contacting region,the material crack is mainly due to polymer fail and interface separation, and the polymer flow smoothes the appearance to some extent,so the appearance in the region looks regular and smooth with few crystals.In the tool radius non-contacting region,the material crack is mainly due to twin crystal separation and transcrystalline break,so the appearance looks irregular with many cracked crystals.
