摘　　要：文章主要综述肝硬化并发症预防及对症处理的重要性,为临床医生掌握肝硬化发展过程中诊断和处理各种并发症提供理论参考,主要包括药物治疗、非药物治疗、治疗目标,并根据病情随时调整治疗方案、预后评估等。This review focuses on the early detection, prevention, treatment of the complications of liver cirrhosis. The clinician must be aware of the pathologic presentations and the appropriate management, including pharmacologic and nonpharmacologic therapies, goals and end points of therapy, and monitoring of therapy.
