摘　　要：急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血(acute nonvariceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding,ANVUGIB)系指屈氏韧带以上的消化道的非静脉曲张性疾患引起的出血,本文就急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的诊断、病因诊断、严重程度评价、预后评估和诊断要点等4个方面进行介绍。Acute nonvariceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding （ANVUGIB） refers to the bleeding caused by nonvariceal lesions located in the digestive tract above the level of Treitz ligament. This paper focused on the diagnosis, etiology, severity evaluation, prognosis and key diagnostic points of acute nonvariceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
