摘  要:液体肥料施用过程中,流量及流量差是衡量其施用性能的重要指标,而影响这两个指标的因素主要有电机转速、液体肥料的浓度及喷头口直径三个因素。利用自行设计的液体肥料施用设备实验台进行了单因素试验,分析出电机转速、液体肥料的浓度及喷头口直径对液体的流量及流量差的影响规律及曲线趋势。In the application process of liquid fertilizer,the flow volume and the flow difference is the important target to measure its application performance,but there are three factors that affect these two targets,including the motor rotation speed,the liquid fertilizer consistency and the diameter of injector’s mouth. This article uses the liquid fertilizer application equipment laboratory designed by themselves to do the single factor experiment,and it analyzes the influence rule and the curve tendency of motor speed, the liquid fertilizer consistency and the diameter of injector’s mouth for the flow volume and the flow difference.
