摘　　要：通过对17个现役国家队683名运动员和178名教练员进行问卷调查,发现运动员在市场经济条件下由于价值观多元化带来六大思想问题,指出当前国家级运动队思想政治工作面临的四大挑战,并提出长远性的发展建议和对策。Through questionnaire survey to 683 athletes and 178 coaches of 17 national sports teams,the study finds that there are six major ideological problems due to diversified value in the context of market economy.And current ideological and political work of national sports team faces four major challenges.Suggestions for long-term development and solutions are provided.
