摘　　要：手球裁判员队伍建设是手球运动发展的重要方面,通过资料收集、调查等方法,对我国手球国家级以上裁判员队伍的现状进行分析研究。结果表明:我国手球国家级以上裁判员人口数量严重不足,地域分布失衡,性别结构失调,年龄相对老化,学历层次较高,英语水平较低、科研成果少。以此为我国手球裁判员队伍的建设与管理提供理论依据。Building the handball referee team is a significant aspect of handball development.By the methods of data collection and investigation,the paper analyzed the status quo of China＇ handball referees above the national level.The result shows that for the handball referee above the national level,the number is less than the demand,the geographic distribution and sex structure is imbalanced,their education level is relatively high,while their English level is low and academic research achievement is less.Therefore,the paper provides some theoretical references for the building of China＇ handball referee team.
