摘 要:采用时域有限差分的方法研究了电磁波在二维等离子体光子晶体中的传输特性。主要讨论了等离子体柱半径与晶格常数的比值,光子晶体的周期数以及不同晶格结构对TM极化入射波和TE极化入射波传输特性的影响,计算得出了电磁波入射等离子体光子晶体的透射系数,并对结果进行了分析。研究发现,通过改变等离子体光子晶体的结构参数,诸如等离子体柱半径与晶格常数的比值以及等离子体光子晶体的周期数,均可有效控制等离子体光子晶体的电磁性质。The transmission characters of electromagnetic wave through two dimensional plasma photonic crystal were researched by the Finite Difference Time Domain Method(FDTD) in this paper.The effect of the ratio of the plasma column radius and crystal lattice constant,the plasma photonic crystal periodicity number,and the different lattice structure on the transmission characters in both incidences of TM wave and TE wave were presented.In the frequency domain,the transmission coefficients of the electromagnetic wave through the plasma photonic crystal were calculated,and the results were analyzed.By research,it could be found that the electromagnetic characters can be controlled by the structure parameters of two-dimensional plasma photonic crystal,such as the ratio of plasma column radius to crystal constant and the periodicity.
