摘　　要：结合《长江科学院科研成果数据库信息管理系统》的开发，简要论述在ＳＱＬＳｅｒｖｅｒ分布式客户机－服务器数据库管理系统中进行数据库的建立、用户帐号的设置、登录模式的设立、用户许可的分配及数据的备份与恢复等主要方法、步骤，说明其在数据安全性、可靠性及资源共享等方面的特点。Associating with the development of “Yangtze River Scientific Research Institutes scientific study results database management system”, in the working environment of SQL server distributed client server database management system, the main methods and steps of all procedures, including the creation of database, the institution of user accounts, the setting up of login security mode, the assignment of user permission, the datas backup and restoration, etc., are concisely introduced. The characteristics of the data security, reliability, resource sharing, etc., are also represented.
