摘　　要：上海市电力公司结合上海世博园的建设,进行了我国智能电网试点工程的实践。根据上海市电力公司的技术积累,分析了上海建设坚强智能电网的需求和基础,简要介绍了上海世博园智能电网综合示范工程的各项内容,并对我国坚强智能电网的建设进行了深入思考。Shanghai Municipal Electric Power Company （SMEPC） conducts the implementation of smart grid demonstration projects in the construction of Shanghai Expo Park. Based on the technical accumulation of the SMEPC, the demand and foundation in the construction of a strong ＆ smart grid in Shanghai are analyzed. Each item of the comprehensive smart grid demonstration projects in Shanghai Expo Park is briefly presented. Deep consideration is conducted on the construction of the strong ＆ smart grid in China.
