摘　　要：供电可靠性作为电力可靠性管理的重要内容,直接体现了供电系统对用户持续供电的能力。以2009年全国10 kV用户供电系统可靠性统计数据为基础,公布并分析了2009年全国城市用户供电可靠性指标的情况、各级电网电力公司及直辖市和大部分省会城市的供电可靠性指标,针对预安排停电和故障停电这两个影响停电的主要原因,进行了具体的统计分析,提出了提高城市用户供电可靠性的意见。As an important part of electric power reliability management, power supply reliability reflects direct ly the capability of power supply system to supply power continuously for users. Based on the statistics data of power supply reliability to 10 kV users in 2009, the reliability index of nationwide urban users, all level power companies, municipalities and provincial capitals are released and analyzed. In the respects of main causes of the pre-arrangement interruption and fault interruption, these data are analyzed statistically to work out suggestions to improve the power supply reliability to urban users.
