摘　　要：对工程项目进行后评价有利于提高投资决策及投资管理的水平。以上海某新建35 kV输变电工程项目为例,按照项目后评价有关要求,重点从技术水平评价、项目运营情况评价、项目经济效益评价三个方面,运用统计预测法、有无对比法、层次分析法和多种综合评价法等方法,对该工程项目进行后评价,较客观地评价了工程项目的成功与不足。The post-evaluation on the project is helpful to improve the investment decision-making and management level. Taking a 35kV newly built power transmission and distribution project in Shanghai as example, post-evaluation is conducted according to relevant requirements of the post-evaluation, focusing on the evaluation in the respects of technology, operation and economic performance in the methods of statistics forecast, with and without antitheses, level analysis and comprehensive evaluation etc, to list out the advantages and disadvantages of this project objectively.
