摘　　要：以现代安全管理和风险管理的理论提出适合于电力线路改造工程的安全质量控制技术。介绍了电力线路改造工程中的现代安全管理和风险管理的模式。根据电力线路改造工程的整体流程图应用安全质量控制技术,叙述了改造工程7个环节的安全质量控制要点。应用案例说明了所提出的安全质量控制技术的实用性。Based on the modern security management and risk management theory, the security ＆ quality control technology is submitted for power line renovation projects. The modern security management and risk management mode in the power line renovation projects are presented. The security ＆ quality control technology is applied in the overall working flow in the renovation projects. The key points of the technology in 7 sections of the renovation projects are elaborated. Those application cases demonstrate the practicality of this technology.
