摘  要:220 kV台远—塔中输电线路工程深入塔克拉玛干沙漠腹地,线路途经风积沙地段,普通现浇钢筋混凝土基础面临基础材料运输距离远、水源紧张等难题,通过强度计算和材料选择对比分析,采用钢筋混凝土板条与钢支架结合的装配式基础是安全可靠、经济合理的选择。在工程途经地区进行了装配式基础原型试验,根据试验结果分析,提出了基础承载力和构件强度计算方法,得到了风积沙地基上拔角和水平荷载影响系数等关键设计参数。该型式基础已成功应用于工程中,相对现浇基础可节约投资15%,且缩短了建设工期,取得了较好的经济和社会效益,为类似工程的应用提供了重要参考。The 220 kV Taiyuan-Tazhong transmission lines cross the center of the Takla Makan desert covered by aeolian sand.The use of ordinary cast-in-place reinforced concrete foundation will have difficulties in construction material and water.Through strength calculation and contrastive analysis of foundation materials,the assembly foundation which consists of the precast reinforced concrete plate and the steel bracket is a safe and economical choice.Prototype tests have been carried out on assembly foundations along the lines.According to the testing results,the paper proposes a method for calculating the foundation’s bearing capacity and the component’s strength,with which some key design parameters are obtained including the uplift angle and the influence coefficient of horizontal load.This type of foundation has found a successful application in the engineering with good economic benefits,which,compared to the cast-in-place foundation,can save an investment by 15% and can also save the construction time.This application can provide an important reference for similar projects.
