农村土地承包经营权流转市场现状初探

摘　　要：随着农村劳动力外出务工增多和现代农业发展,农村对加快土地承包经营权流转的要求更加迫切。该文首先阐述了农村土地承包经营权流转市场的现状;其次对土地承包经营权流转存在的主要问题进行了论述;最后针对土地承包经营权流转存在的问题,提出加大土地流转宣传力度、完善土地承包法律法规、建立流转市场等,进一步完善我国土地承包经营权流转的对策措施。With the increasing of migrant rural labor force and the development of modern agriculture, the demands of the transfer on the right of the rural land contracted management become more urgent. This paper stated the status and the main problems of the transfer on the right of the rural land contracted management, and put forward countermeasures to provide reference for the transfer on the right of land contracted management in china.
