摘　　要：忽略性横位是造成母婴死亡的最主要的难产类型之一,良好的孕期管理和适当的产时处理是解决由于忽略性横位所产生的不良妊娠结局的关键。文章对孕期如何防止忽略性横位的产生,在孕期纠正横位的外倒转术实施的适应证和禁忌证进行了讨论,并且提出了一些在临床处理中常见的问题、解决的方法和治疗的选择。Neglected transverse lie is a major cause of maternal and fetal mortality during pregnancy. Better medical care during the pregnancy and suitable treatment during the labor is the key point to retform the affected outcome of pregnancy. This paper discussed several important issues that include the prevention of neglected transverse lie, the indication and contraindication of external version for transverse lie during the pregnancy, the common problems on tire clinic treatment and treatment choices.
