摘　　要：胎头吸引术和产钳术是两种用于第二产程的助产方式。胎头吸引术操作简便,对母体损伤小,但牵引力量小,胎头血肿发生率高;产钳术牵引确切,力量可靠,适合紧急情况快速终止妊娠,但母体软产道损伤发生率高。Vacuum extraction and forceps delivery are two main assisted vaginal delivery methods used in the second stage of labor. Vacuum-assisted delivery is easier to perform and less damage to mother, but the extraction power is small and may cause more cephalohematoma of infants. Though forceps delivery. leads more maternal trauma, the forceps traction is precise and can be used in emergency.
