摘　　要：随着社会的发展,医学模式的转变,要求医院对患者的管理应加入更多的人文管理理念。本文就新形势下军队医院精神专科的病区管理融入人文管理的理念进行探讨,介绍了精神科病区融入人文管理的重要性,阐述精神科病区管理中存在的问题,分析工作中实现人文管理的具体形式及其优点与注意事项,并对这种新模式的发展前景提出展望。With the development of society and the change of medical mode,humane management philosophy was required in hospital management.In this paper,the author discussed the significations to adopt the humane management into psychiatry department,analyzed the management problems,and introduced the specific forms of humane management and its advantages and cautions.At last,the prospects of this new model were elaborated.
