摘　　要：目的探究当前医院不同商品名常用化学消毒方法及药品临床使用的情况及效果,评定其在实际工作中的科学性和实用性。方法选择医院常用的化学消毒药剂、实验物品和场所,按照国家卫生部《消毒技术规范》中的有关标准和要求,分实验室和临床跟踪检测两部分进行研究;同时建立监测制度,对存在问题加强技术管理。结果实验比较证实,不同商品名化学消毒剂,大多是复方配制,在进医院之前技术上已比较成熟,但在医院各类消毒灭菌工作的适用性、使用浓度和使用方法上,医院应当有所研究、比较和选择。结论医院应严格按照《消毒技术规范的要求》要求选用各类消毒剂;应定期检查使用中消毒液的使用方法和消毒效果;应加强消毒灭菌物品和污染物品的消毒技术管理。Objective To further investigate clinical practice and results of different chemical disinfectants and further assess their scientific and practical efficiency in current hospital.Methods Some chemical disinfectants in common use were experimented according to the request of ＇Technical Standard for Disinfection＇ for two parts,laboratorial and clinically.Superivision was established to enhance technical management.Results The research confirms that the technique of the different merchandise are maturely and mostly compounds before entering to hospital.Methods and choice of different disinfectants should be investigated.Conclusions Different disinfectants should be strictly selected according to the ＇Technical Standard for Disinfection＇.The use of chemical disinfectants should be checked clinically as usual.It should be enhanced for the management of disinfectant and pollute substance.
