真假性腰椎滑脱的影像学表现及鉴别价值

摘　　要：目的:评价平片和CT对真假性腰椎滑脱的诊断价值。方法:分析212例有完整影像及临床资料的腰椎滑脱症盼影像表现特征。结果:212例腰椎滑脱中,真性滑脱79例,假性滑脱133例。X线片检出峡部裂56例,CT检出79例;真假性滑脱均可出现假性椎间盘膨出、双椎体后缘、椎管狭窄,而真性滑脱还有椎弓裂隙征、锥管冗长征。平片能直观的显示真假性滑脱的椎体滑移情况,CT对椎管前后径、椎间孔、侧隐窝狭窄的显示明显优于平片。结论:CT对腰椎滑脱症的分型、椎管狭窄情况的判断优于平片。Objective：To evaluate the value of X-ray plain and CT diagnosis of real and preudo lumbar vertebra spondylosisthesis（LVS）. Methods：The clinical and image information in 212 cases LVS were analyzed.Results：Butween 212 cases LVS,79 eases were real,133 cases were pseudo.56 cases lumbar spondylolysis were detected by X-ray plain,79 cases were detected by CT.The manifestation of LVS were found as pseudo bulging intervertebral disc,Double vertebral body trailing edge,spinal stenosis,but real LVS were still found as vertebral arch eracLand eanalis vertebralis prolixity.The spondyloschisis degree was showed intuitively in X-ray plain, all kinds of spinal stenosis was showed preferably in CT.Conclusion：CT is preponderant than X-ray plain in detecting the types of LVS and the manifestation of spinal stenosis.
