苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平对高血压患者脉搏波速度的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平对高血压患者脉搏波速度的影响。方法:30例首次确诊的高血压患者与正常对照组对比分析血压、血糖、血脂和脉搏波速度,苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗12周后重复测量上述指标,前后对比分析血压和脉搏波速度的变化。结果:高血压患者收缩压(153.2±8.2mmHg vs 120.3±15.7mmHg)、舒张压(101.3±7.2mmHg vs 69.9±9.7mmHg)总胆固醇(5.16±0.68mmol/L vs 4.02±0.26mmol/L)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(3.89±0.58mmol/Lvs2.52±0.47mmol/L)和脉搏波速度(1993.3±223.5cm/s vs1219.2±168.3cm/s)显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗12周后,患者收缩压(153.2±8.2mmHg vs 126.6±8.1mmHg)、舒张压(1O1.3±7.2mmHg vs78.6±4.5mmHg)和脉搏波速度(1993.3±223.5cm/s vs 1421.6±158.2cm/s)显著下降(P<0.05)。结论:苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平可以降低高血压患者的脉搏波速度,改善动脉顺应性。Objective：To evaluate the effects of levamlodipine besylate on Brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity（baPWV）in patients with essential hypertension.Methods：The levels of serum blood lipid and blood glucose, blood pressure, heart rate and baPWV were measured respectively in thirty-six patients with essential hypertension and thirty-six healthy persons with normal blood pressure. After twelve weeks treated with levamlodipine besylate,The blood pressure and baPWV were measured again and were studied in patients with essential hypertension.Results：The systolic blood pressure （153.2±8.2mmHg vs 120.3±15.7mmHg） diastolic blood pressure（101.3±7.2mmHg vs 69.9± 9.7mmHg）,level of blood cholesterol（5.1 6±0.68mmol/L vs 4.02±0.26mmol/L）and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol（3.89±0.58 mmol.L vs2.52 ±0.47mmol/L） and baPWV（1 993.3±223.5cm/s vs 1 219.2±168.3cm/s）in patients with essential hypertension were higher than that of healthy persons with normal blood pressure significantly（P〈0.05）,The systolic blood pressure（153.2±8.2mmHg vs 126.6±8.1mmHg）,diastolic blood pressure（101.3±7.2mmHg vs 78.6±4.5 mmHg）and baPWV（1 993.3±223.Scm/s vs 1 421.6±158.2cm/s）wcre decreased significantly in patients with essential hypertension （P〈0.05）after treated with tevamlodipine besylate. Conlusion： levamlodipine besylate treated in patients with essential hypertension can decreased pulse wave velocity, impore elasticity of large arterise and increase the distensibility of aorta.
