吡格列酮联合生活方式干预对代谢综合征的疗效和胰岛素敏感性的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察吡格列酮加生活方式干预对代谢综合征的疗效和胰岛素敏感性的影响。方法:选择门诊初治代谢综合征患者36例,随机分为生活方式干预组(TLC组)17例和生活方式干预加吡格列酮治疗组(PIO组)19例。TLC组治疗采用改善饮食及生活方式的方法,PIO组除上述非药物治疗方法外,口服吡格列酮,连续服药观察30d。观察血压、腹围,抽取空腹静脉血测定空腹血糖、血三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、血浆胰岛素、胰岛素敏感性指数等指标。结果:治疗后两组间比较PIO组收缩压、舒张压、三酰甘油、空腹血糖、胰岛素均显著低于TLC组(P<0.05),胰岛素敏感性指数则显著高于TLC组(P<0.05)。结论:以生活方式干预联合吡格列酮治疗代谢综合征可改善多种代谢异常,提高胰岛素敏感性。Objective：To observe the influence of pioglitazone conbined with intervention of life style on metabolic syndrome and the sensitivity of insulin.Methods：36 patients with metabolic syndrome were randomly devided into TLC group and PIO group.In TLC group,17 patients were treated by improving life style;but in PIO group, 19 patients were treated by taking pioglitazone orally for 30 days and interfering their life style.During the treatment,blood pressure, abdomen circumference,blood-fasting sugar, blood triacylglyeerol,HDL, blood insulin and sensitivity index of insulin were determined.Results：After the treatment, SBP, DBP, blood triacylglycerol,blood-fasting sugar and insulin of PIO group were lower significantly than TLC group,but the sensitivity index of insulin was opposite （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment of pioglitazone conbined with intervention of life style on metabolic syndrome may improve many metabolic abnormality, and raise the sensitivity index of insulin.
