张子和下法及临床应用探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨张子和下法及临床应用。方法:采用文献学研究方法。结果:张从正,字子和,号戴人,所著《儒门事亲》中下法所用中药30味,自拟攻下之方33首。结论:通过系统梳理张子和下法的源流至下法的适应症、应用范围、具体使用的方药、使用注意、使用禁忌以及下法的临床应用方面,使其临床价值得以发扬。Objective：To investigate the purgatiofi method and it＇s clinical application 6f Zhang Zi-he.Methods：To adopt the philological research method.Results：Zhang COng-zheng, there are about 30 purgation drugs and 33 prescriptions were used in his book of Ru Men Shi Qin.Conclusion：To promote the Ciinieal value of purgation method through systematical study and clarify of the origin of purgation method of Zhang Zi-he to purgation method indieation,apptication range,the eoncrete used prescription and drugs,the method of taking medicine,the precautions and Contraindications for use,the mechanism of action and the clinical application ofpurgation method.
