儿童季节性变应性鼻炎的循证治疗

摘　　要：目的:从偱证医学的角度确定儿童变应性鼻炎的治疗,寻找出一个合理,有效,副反应较小的治疗方案。方法:分析临床案例,根据病例特点提出需要解决的临床问题,通过检索Cochrane图书馆,Pubmed,CBM,EMBASE等寻找系统评价及随机对照试验,分析检索结果并针对每个证据进行偱证医学证据等级的评价,总结出对该例儿童SAR的最佳治疗方案并应用于临床。结果:共检索出RCT与系统评价10篇,综合分析结果,为患者制定了临床治疗方案并跟踪治疗结果。结论:采用偱证医学的方法,可以根据患者情况针对性的提出问题,并通过检索相应的临床研究试验,制定治疗方案,指导临床工作。Objective：To explore the methods of evidence-based treatment for the allergic rhinitis patients,end find a reasonable,effective and less side of treatment.Methods：Analyze the clinical case,according to the characteristics of the case put forward clinical problems to solve.Find papers of recta-analysis or randomized-controlled trials were collected from MEDLINE, Cochrene Library and Pubmed, CBM, EMBASE.Analyze of the retrieval results and assess for each level of evidence-bssed rnedicine.Reenlts：search 8 RCTs end 2 recta. analysis,synthesize the analysis results and enact clinical treatment end follow-up visit the result.Conclusion：Using the method of EBM,put forward clinical problems according to the characteristics of the case, enact clinical treatment by the results of scathing to guide clinical work.
