摘　　要：目的:探讨加强颅颈交界区畸形应用Halo-vest外固定架患者的护理对患者康复的影响。方法:回顾性总结12例先天性颅颈交界畸形的外科治疗过程中使用Halo-vest外固定架患者术前术后的护理。结果:12例术后10天内临床症状较术前改善,无肺部感染、皮肤压疮等并发症发生。本组无死亡病例。结论:充分做好术前准备、心理护理、病情观察及积极预防术后并发症是提高护理质量、促进患者康复的关键。Objective：Discussion on strengthening the craniocervical junction abnormalities application Halo-vest External fixation of nursing on the rehabilitation of patients with.Methods：Retrospective summary 12 cases of congenital malformations of the craniovertebral junction surgical procedures Halo-vest external fixation in patients with postoperative care.Results： 12 case study post-operation 10 days before clinical symptoms have improved,no lung infections, skin pressure ulcers and other complications. This group is not fatal.Conclusion：Wellprepared preoperative preparation, psychological care,patient observation and active prevention of postoperative complications is to improve the quality of care, promote the rehabilitation of patients with the key.
