摘　　要：目的:探讨氢化可的松乳膏的制备及质量控制。方法:采用综合评分法筛选氢化可的松乳膏的最优处方,并按中国药典(2005版)中的方法对处方的含量进行测定,来验证处方的可行性。并对优选后的处方进行皮肤局部刺激性试验。结果:筛选后的处方具有乳化好,刺激性小,含量控制稳定等优点。结论:本制剂处方设计合理,制备工艺简单,质量控制方法可靠。Objective：To study the preparation method of hydrocortisone cream and quality control.Methods：Optimal screening prescription hydrocortisone cream holistic scoring. According to Chinese Pharmacopoeia （2005 edition）,the method of the prescriptions were determined to verify the feasibility of a prescription. Irritation test of the skin were executed after the prescription of optimal.Results：The screened prescription has a good emulsification, small stimulus and stable quality.Conclusion：The prescription is reasonable has a Simple, reliable quality control method.
