实践视角下学校社会工作的发展路径——以浙江树人大学为例

摘　　要：高校学生工作在解决学生多种问题方面面临困境,学校社会工作则在满足学生的个性需求、为学生提供个别化服务方面具有明显优势。高校学生工作的具体实践与社会工作之间的联系,已经呈现出学校社会工作的可能介入途径。文章认为,依托目前学生工作中的心理咨询与治疗、宿区建设和广泛的师生交流互助发展传统治疗式、社区学校式、社会互动式学校社会工作,积极应对学生需要,可实现从学生工作向社会工作的变迁。It is very difficult to solve various students＇ issues by school student work.By contrast,school social work can provide an efficient way to satisfy students＇ personal needs and offer students with individualized services.It has shown that school social work has the potential to enter the field of student work.This paper proposes the way to achieve the change from student work to social work in the face of students＇ needs,i.e.,that is how to use the advantages of current student work,such as counseling and psychotherapy,construction of residential areas,and mutual communications and aid between teachers and students,to develop community school type and social interactive school type social work.
