摘　　要：描述了目前常用的3种评价人群健康水平(寿命质量)的相关综合性指标,即质量调整生命年(QALY)、失能调整生命年(DALY)和健康期望寿命(HALE)三者的由来、算法及意义;比较分析了该3种指标的差别和联系,以利于选择恰当的指标评价地区性的公共卫生水平。Quality-adjusted life year（QALY）,disability-adjusted life year（DALY）and healthy life expectancy（HALE）have become commonly used general indicators for assessment of population health level.Understanding the difference and similarity among the three life-quality-related indicators may help to make proper use of them.
