摘　　要：IHE是现今解决医疗信息系统间互操作问题的主流医疗集成方案,它基于现有的HL7、DICOM等标准。为了让国内普遍存在的不支持HL7的医疗信息系统能整合进HL7标准网络进而参与IHE集成,需要HL7引擎来进行系统的HL7功能扩展。本文详细介绍了HL7引擎的现状,结构设计以及实现,并探讨了用正则表达式进行HL7消息的构造、解析、模板匹配的优点,最后研究了HL7的通信机制以及实现。IHE is a Mainstream programs to solve interoperability problems between the medical information systems,which is based on the existing HL7,DICOM and etc.. In order for the original application does not meet the standard HL7 systems integrated into standard HL7 network and thus participate in IHE HL7 integration,need HL7 engine extensions. This paper describes the status of HL7 engine,structural design and implementation,and discusses the advantages of use regular expressions for HL7 message modeling,parsing and matching templates. At last we study HL7 communication mechanism and the implement.
