摘　　要：目的:探讨CO2激光在显微支撑喉镜下治疗喉癌手术中的应用及护理。方法:总结分析15例早期喉癌行显微支撑喉镜下CO2激光切除手术患者,主要护理内容包括:器械的选择与准备、仪器设备的摆放、CO2激光使用、麻醉气管导管护理等。结果:15例手术顺利完成,无1并发症发生,手术时间20～35min。结论:护士熟悉CO2激光的使用,熟练掌握手术配合步骤及术中护理技巧是手术成功的关键。Objective To investigate the CO2 laser in laryngeal microsurgery in treatment of laryngoscope surgery and nursing.Methods rows of 15 patients with early laryngeal CO2 laser microsurgery under laryngoscope surgery patients,primary care include：equipment selection and preparation,the placing of equipment,CO2 laser use,anesthesia endotracheal tube care.Results All 15 patients successfully completed surgery without a complication,operation time 20 ～ 35min.Conclusion The use of nurses familiar with the CO2 laser,with proficiency in surgical procedures and intraoperative nursing skills is key to successful operation.
