摘　　要：提出体质在糖尿病肾病的发生发展过程中的重要地位,阐述了体质形成的原因,不同体质2型糖尿病患者其糖尿病肾病发病率存在差异性,不同体质糖尿病肾病患者在发生发展过程中出现不同的中医证候,重视辨证在临床诊疗中的重要地位,建立具有创新性的糖尿病肾病中医病因学理论,促进中医学术进步,并为糖尿病肾病早期干预的可行性,为辨体质、辨病、辨证"三位一体"的糖尿病肾病辨证模式的建立奠定坚实的研究基础。It expoundes the important position of constitution in the etiology and process of diabetic nephropathy （DN）, describes the reasons for the formation of constitution. There has differences on incidence of DN in different constitution of Type 2 diabetes, and different constitution in DN will apperence different syndrome. It also expoundes the importance of differentiation in clinical diagnosis and treatment, then to establish the originality TCM etiology theory of DN, promote the academic progress of TCM. More over, it will establish a solid research base on the feasibility of early intervention and Trinity model of differentiation of physique, disease and syndrome in DN.
