摘　　要：缺血性脑卒中是严重危及中老年人健康的临床常见病与多发病,其病因病机复杂,变化多端,证治研究难以统一规范,临床实践中必须根据该病的病机特点,辨病与辨证相结合,不断探索及创新,走一条中西医结合防治缺血性脑血管病的道路。文章对"复流"及"脑保护"相结合防治缺血性脑卒中的研究思路进行探析,以开阔临床诊疗新思路。Acute ischemic stroke is elderly health seriously endangers the common and frequently-occurring diseases, and its clinical etiology and pathogenesis, syndrome complicated and changeable to study hard, clinical practice according to the disease pathogenesis features must be, and combination of disease and syndrome differentiation, exploration and innovation, a theropy ischemic cerebrovascular disease prevention and control of the road. Based on＂reflow＂and＂brain protection＂ combining prevention of ischemic stroke research and analysis to open new clinical diagnosis.
