缩蛾汤治疗小儿慢性扁桃体炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察缩蛾汤治疗小儿慢性扁桃体炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例患儿随机分为两组,治疗组30例用缩蛾汤加减治疗,对照组30例用冬凌草片治疗,疗程1个月。结果:治疗组治愈率63.3%,好转率33.3%,对照组治愈率16.7%,好转率80.0%;两组疗前与治疗后1、2、3、4周患儿症状、体征积分的变化比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01),与对照组比较差异亦具有显著性意义(P<0.01);随访1年,两组复发例数及次数比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:中药缩蛾汤具有消肿散结、缩小肿大的扁桃体之功,能减少和控制慢性扁桃体炎复发。Objective： To observe clinical curative effect of Suo’e Soup on pediatric chronic tonsillitis. 60 Cases of children chronic tonsillitis were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases were treated with Suo’e Soup, 30 cases were given Donglingcao Pills for one month. Results： Treatment group： the healing rate was 63.3 rate, efficient rate was 33.3%. In Donglingcao Pills group： the cure rate was 80.0% and the efficient rate was 16.7%; Two groups before and after the treatment on 1, 2, 3, 4 weeks with symptoms and signs of integral change was significant difference（P0.01）. 1 year follow-up, the recurrence cases and recurrent total numbers significant in the two groups had signifcant differences（P0.01）. Conclusion： TCM Suo’e Soup, detumescence dissipating the enlargement of the tonsils, can reduce and control of chronic recurrent tonsillitis.
