舒顺冲剂治疗慢性疲劳综合征的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察舒顺冲剂干预治疗慢性疲劳综合征的疗效。方法:采用随机平行双盲对照试验设计,符合标准的纳入病例按1:1分配到舒顺冲剂治疗组和补中益气丸对照组各60例,疗程6周,观察中医证候积分和生活质量评分的变化。结果:两组对改善慢性疲劳综合征中医证候和生活质量皆有一定的作用,且治疗组优于对照组。结论:舒顺冲剂能显著改善慢性疲劳综合征临床症状,提高慢性疲劳综合征患者生活质量,治疗组的显效率、总有效率优于对照组。Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of Shushun Granula on chronic fatigue syndrome （CFS）. Methods： One hundred and twenty patients with CFS were randomly divided into two groups for a parallel double-blind control study. The treatment group received Shushun Granula, and the control group received Buzhongyiqi Pill. All the patients were treated continuously for six weeks. The change of scores on TCM symptoms and quality of life were observed. Results： Both groups had effects in improving TCM symptoms and quality of life. The effect of treatment group was superior to that of control group. Conclusion： Shushun Granula can significantly alleviate the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life. The obvious effective rate and total effective rate in treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group.
