复方一枝蒿颗粒治疗小儿普通型手足口病临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察复方一枝蒿颗粒对小儿普通型手足口病的临床疗效。方法:将84例临床确诊为手足口病的患儿随机分为两组,治疗组给予复方一枝蒿颗粒,对照组给予利巴韦林片,观察2组的疗效及副反应。结果:2组疗效无显著性差异,但对照组的不良反应发生率明显高于对照组。结论:复方一枝蒿颗粒用于治疗普通型手足口病疗效肯定,无论在缩短病程和退疹时间有一定优势。Objective： This treatise focuses on the clinical effect of Artemisia rupestris Granule on treatment of common puerile hand-foot-mouth infectious disease. Methods： The patients who have been made a definite diagnosis of hand-foot-mouth infectious disease will be randomly divided into two groups, one group takes Artemisia rupestris Granule, the control group takes Ribavirin tablets. We observe the effect and side-effect of the two groups. Results： There is no distinctive difference of the two groups. However, the side-effect incidence of control group is higher than the other group. Conclusion： We confirm the effect on common hand-foot-mouth infectious disease of Compound of Artemisia rupestris Granule. It has advantages no matter on shortening course of disease or the time of rashes vanishing.
