颈椎侧块内固定的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨颈椎侧块螺钉固定术在下颈椎骨折脱位及各种颈椎疾病中的临床应用。方法:2007年5月～2009年7月,应用颈椎侧块螺钉治疗下颈椎骨折脱位及各种颈椎疾病16例,结果:16例均获成功。随访7～24个月,平均12个月,未发现内固定松动脱落,10例病人获骨性融合。颈椎椎间高度无丢失,无螺钉松动及断钉现象,脊髓神经功能有不同程度的恢复。结论:颈椎侧块螺钉固定术能够保证植骨融合,维持颈椎稳定,具有适应范围广、操作简单、安全、可靠等优点.是颈后路固定的一种有效方法。Objective：To explore the clinical treatment of inferior fracture dislocation of cervical and cervical disease bv internal fixation with screw of lateral mass.Methods：From May.2007 to July 2009,we had treated 16 cases of cervical spine fracture dislocation and various cervical trauma with cervical mass internal fixation.Results：Clinical follow-up was raning from 7 months to 24 months with the mean time 12 months.10 cases patients had bone fusion.Cervical intervertebra heights as well as physiological curves were kept well without screw loosening or breaking.Neurological function was recovered to diferent extent.Conclusion：Cervical lateral mass screw fixation could guarantee to bone grafting fusion and cervical spine stability.This internal fixation approach should own the advantage of a wildly application,easy manipulation,safety,reliable ,which can be an effective method of internal fixation in the posterior cervical approach.
