50例复杂腕掌侧切割伤早期微创治疗的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨复杂腕掌侧切割伤早期微创修复方法。方法:2002年2月～2009年6月我院收治复杂腕掌侧切割伤50例,对其早期均应用显微外科技术手术治疗。结果:所有采用显微外科技术治疗的患者副损伤程度轻,手术修复效果确切,远期预后好。结论:采用显微外科技术对腕掌侧损伤的所有组织进行早期修复,是手指功能得以顺利恢复的保证。Objective：To investigate the early minimal invasive repair method for complicated volar incised wound of wrist.Methods：From February 2002 to June 2009,50 cases of complicated volar incised wound of wrist had been treated in our hospital and these cases had been all repaired early by microsurgical technique.Results：The patients who had been treated by microsurgical technique with the light degree of side injury,the exact effect of surgical repair,and the long-term prognosis is good.Conclusion：Applying early microsurgery technique to repair the volar tissues of wrist incisied wound is the guarantee for finger function recovery.
