摘  要:目的:探讨急性骨髓型放射病(ARS)合并周围神经(PN)损伤的发生机制和治疗方法。方法:观察ARS病人治疗前后周围神经的电生理变化和大鼠ARS合并周围神经损伤的病理及超微结构变化。结果:(1)照射后ARS病人PN传导速度轻度减低,经维生素B族治疗后,PN传导速度明显改善;(2)大鼠ARS合并周围神经损伤的基本病理变化为:滋养血管轻度扩张、充血,神经髓鞘轻度肿胀和轻度板层分离、部分脱髓鞘,神经元Nissl小体部分溶解、线粒体絮状变性;上述病理为轻度变化,照射后3天最明显,14天有所恢复,30天基本恢复正常。结论:ARS合并周围神经损伤的病理变化轻微,经维生素B族治疗后,其PN传导速度明显改善。Objective:To explore the mechanism and treatment of acute radiation sickness(ARS) and peripheral nerve(PN) injury.Methods:Observe the electrophysiological changes of PN in ARS patients before and after therapy and pathology and microstructure variation in rats with ARS and PN injury.Results:1.Speed of PN conduction in APS patients were lightly lowered,and were improved obviously after Vitamine B treatment;2.Basic pathological changes in rats with ARS and PN injury were:Dilation and congestion of nourish vein,swelling and separation in myelin and segmental demyelination,partly Nissl body dissolution and flocc denaturalization of mitochondria.These lightly changes reached peak at day3,begin to restore at day14,and back to normal by day30.Conclusion:The pathological changes lightly in ARS with PN injury,and the PN conduction velocity improved obviously after Vitamine B treatment.
