摘 要:目的:探讨原发性高血压患者动态动脉硬化指数(AASI)与血浆致动脉硬化指数(AIP)之间的关系。方法:利用常规的24小时动态血压监测数据测定及计算96例原发性高血压患者动态动脉硬化指数,并用彩色多普勒血流显像仪测定颈动脉内膜中层厚度以及全自动生化分析仪测定及计算血浆致动脉硬化指数,进行统计学处理及相关分析。结果:在AASI高水平组单因素直线相关分析显示,IMT除与HDL-C呈负相关(r=-0.190)外,与TG、TC、LDL-C及AIP均呈正相关,与AIP相关系数最高(r=0.492p<0.01)。结论:AIP与AASI、IMT一样可以作为测定血管早期改变及临床血管病变的方法,判断心血管事件的发生及预后,为早期和方便的检出心血管高危患者提供客观指标,为高血压及动脉硬化的临床防治;为临床对高血压的风险因素早期采取措施进行干预提供了依据,AASI、AIP作为高血压及动脉硬化指标,具有临床实用价值。Objective:To evaluate the correlation between ambulatory arterial stiffness index (AASI) and atherogenic index of plasma (AIP) in patients with essential hypertension.Methods:24h blood pressure monitoring and atherogenic index of plasma (AIP) were evaluated for statistical analysis and correlation analysis in 96 patients with essential hypertension.Results:Using univariate linear correlation analysis in high AASI gruop,IMT was negatively correlated with HDL-C (r =-0.190),and was positively correlated with TC,LDL-C and AIP.The AIP had the highest correlation (r = 0.492,p 0.01).Conclusion:All of AIP,AASI and IMT can be regarded as one of determination methods of early vascular changes and the clinical vascular lesion and determine the incidence and prognosis of cardiovascular events,and provide objective indicators for the early and convenient detection of cardiovascular high-risk patients and provide the basis for the prevention and treatment of hypertension and arteriosclerosis,and for the early intervention measures of clinical risk factors of hypertension ,AASI,AIP might be regarded as hypertension and arteriosclerosis index,which have clinical value.
