环磷酰胺联合激素治疗狼疮性肾炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察环磷酰胺(CTX)联合激素治疗狼疮性肾炎的临床疗效。方法将61例狼疮性肾炎患者随机分为两组,对照组给予激素治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合环磷酰胺治疗。结果治疗组的总有效率和24h尿蛋白、血肌酐、血沉及狼疮活动积分(SLEDAI积分)等指标的变化和对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论环磷酰胺联合激素治疗狼疮性肾炎具有显著疗效,并且副反应小,不易复发。Objective To observe the effect of cyclophosphamide and corticosteroid in treatment of Lupus Nephritis.Methods 61 patients with Lupus Nephritis were randomly divided into two groups：the control group was treated by corticosteroid,and the treatment group was combined cyclophosphamide on the basis of the control group.Results Compared with the control group,the difference of the total effective rate and the change of 24 h urine protein,Scr.ESR and SLEDAI score）were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Cyclophosphamide and corticosteroid in treatment of Lupus Nephritis has significant efficacy and the side effects and the rate of recurrence are lower.
