摘  要:目的优选金樱叶总黄酮的提取工艺,为金樱叶进一步的研究打下一定的基础。方法采用L9(34)正交试验,以金樱叶总黄酮的含量为综合指标考察乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、提取时间和超声功率4个因素对提取效果的影响。结果最佳提取工艺为40倍量50%的乙醇,28KHz、90W超声60min,总黄酮得率为11.64%,RSD%为1.97%。结论该工艺合理,稳定可行,可为金樱叶总黄酮提取工艺的确定提供实验依据。Objective To optimize the extraction technology for total flavonoids from Cherokee Rose's Leaves,and give reference for development and utilization of total ftavonoids.Methods The process was studied by orthogonal design L9(34)with the extraction rate of total flavonoids and paste-forming rate as compre-hensive index and researched the effect of alcohol amount alcohol dcnsity,extraction duration and the extraction frequency on extraction rate.Results The optimum process as follows the crude drug was extracted by the 50% alcohol density 40 times alcohol and 28KHz for 60 min.Conclusion This technology is rcasonable and feasible,which can be used as experimental basis for extraction technology for total ftavonoids.
